yes! spam musubi! only i prefer it when the rice is flavored sushi rice (without the salt), and the spam is marinated in low-sodium soy sauce, sugar, and mirin. (otherwise it's too salty, for my taste. i know other people love the salt though.)

i actually don't have one particular favorite food, so i just picked what i was craving at the moment.

I used to love those too. I think my favorite food is sushi, ramen and anything with salmon and fried kimchii. I also love anything with noodles.

*talking about food makes me feel hungry~!

i have never had fried kimchi! is it stir-fried or deep-fried?

actually, now that i think of it, my favorite food might be chow fun. either that or that's just what i'm craving right now.

you usually use very fermented sour Kimchii and stir fry it with a bit of sesame oil. It's also good to add rice & tuna or pork and fry altogether. It's a popular way to finish your old Kimchii so nothing goes to waste.

chow fun is so good too~! ahhh! food!!
